Hargreaves Lansdown champions women breaking barriers in technology.

Financial services leader Hargreaves Lansdown is demonstrating its commitment to diversity and inclusion by sponsoring the 2023 Women in Tech Excellence Awards in London. These prestigious awards honour talented women across the technology industry and provide inspiration for the next generation.

Sophia Sodhi Galloway, co-chair for Women in Tech at Hargreaves Lansdown, said, "We are proud of having a diverse workforce to support our clients across financial services." She emphasised the importance of recognising women at all levels, from entry to senior roles, for breaking barriers in the male-dominated tech space.

Winners will be celebrated at an exclusive ceremony tonight at Magazine London. Hargreaves Lansdown fully supports the event's mission of increasing visibility of women's achievements and advancing their careers. Galloway said, "It's a real testament to see all the different nominees that have come through today, to hear their stories and their achievements."

With women still underrepresented in IT, especially in leadership, the Women in Tech Excellence Awards shine a light on success stories while bringing the diversity challenge to the forefront. As a leader invested in positive change, Hargreaves Lansdown wishes this year's nominees the best of luck in advocating for a more inclusive technology workforce.
