Carl Stokes has been Head of IT and Business Programme Management at regulated insurance firm NHBC since October 2011, providing structural warranties to four-fifths of the new homes built in the UK every year. Stokes is not just accountable for defining and delivering the NHBC's IT and digital strategy, but also for managing all enterprise change.
