Informatica wraps up Identity Systems buy

Nokia hands over identity resolution firm

Data integration firm Informatica has completed its acquisition of Identity Systems, which was previously owned by Nokia.

The $85m cash deal was announced in April and has now been completed. Informatica will assume full ownership on 15 May.

Informatica plans to integrate Identity Systems' software to provide applications that profile, cleanse, group, match and consolidate data within computer systems and network databases.
