Now approaching his 10th year at online furniture retailer The Cotswold Company, Bisset has a host of achievements to his name.

Among these are his implementation of agile working practices and bespoke EPoS, SOP, CMS and CRM software. Bisset has also successfully overseen the technical integration of two business acquisitions.
