Online ticket provider Ticketmaster has augmented its social media capability with a function that allows customers to review and share their experiences at events.
The new tools allow customers to talk about their experiences as well as rate and review the gigs with a view to boosting engagement.
The platform also optimises reviews for better search engine visibility, which is claimed to allow customers to locate events through Google, Yahoo, or Bing.
Under the new system, Ticketmaster can moderate content submissions from customers who have offered reviews or opinion in different languages - these include English, Spanish, German and French.
Bazaarvoice, a company that specialises in managing online communities, supplied the software.
