Unisys wins Linklaters global law firm contract
Services will be provided both on the ground and through a remote network
Linklater's business covers 23 countries
The UK subsidiary of global law firm Linklaters has awarded a contract to supplier Unisys to supply it with extensive IT services.
Unisys will provide the support and maintenance of Linklaters’ data centre and office server, printer and storage infrastructure. The contract also covers the UK desktop computing estate of PCs, laptops and personal productivity devices.
'This relationship with Unisys provides Linklaters with a worldwide resource on which all our staff can draw as we continue to build and expand our global operations,' said Simon Gilhooly, technical systems manager, Linklaters.
The law firm's data centres are spread across the USA, UK and Hong Kong. Unisys will work across 23 of the countries and will provide a full service offering to staff at the head office in London.
