Business Direct is investing in technology to offer better service

Courier company Business Direct has upgraded to a fleet management packaged system.

Mobile IT for mapping, routing and dispatch was installed in 500 delivery vehicles along with reporting and management information reporting tools.

Supoorted by GPS and GPRS-based monitoring, controllers can plan, track, log and report on activities, collections and deliveries.

“The software was easily integrated with our existing systems,” said Business Direct’s managing director Martyn Wilson.

The system was provided by DA Systems.
