The firm has introduced enhancements to its search and multi-lingual capabilities

Enterprise content management vendor RedDot has upgraded its flagship web content management and delivery offering, introducing enhancements to its search and multi-lingual capabilities, and improved integration.

RedDot 7.5 and the LiveServer 3.5 bolt-on includes integration with SAP Portal so that RedDot content can be added more easily into the portal navigation. There is also improved integration with Microsoft SQL's full text search capabilities to enable the system to search for content faster, according to RedDot marketing manager Andy Bellinger.

"There are also features for our customers that allow easier and faster management of the CMS," Bellinger added. "The expectation from customers is that you need to continually make the product easier and quicker."

Extended multi-language support has also been introduced to "ease the burden of maintaining a global web presence", according to Bellinger.
