Final phase of £250,000 project improves tracking, management and distribution

Electrical giant Morphy Richards has gone live with the final phase of its supply chain software implementation.

The company's £250,000 project is using iLink middleware from supplier Agility Systems to track, manage and distribute its products around UK shops. It includes warehouse management, identification and location of stock, and pallet tracking.

Morphy Richards IT director Trevor Burrows said: 'The implementation has enabled us to make significant cost savings during the last 12 months, as well as significant productivity improvements in our warehouse operations'.
