A culture that gives back to society, that highlights teamwork and emphasises collaboration

In the middle of one of the greatest hiring crises of modern history - and one that shows no signs of slowing - recruitment can be a real challenge. Not only do you need to offer competitive remuneration, interesting and challenging work and a great corporate culture, but increasingly employees are looking for ESG credentials as well: proof that you give back as much as you take out.

Indian multinational Wipro is keen to emphasise its bonafides in this area, and several employees mention a meaningful, socially responsible culture in the company's latest video.

"When 67 per cent of everything that you work for goes back to society, that's the best way you can give back to society," says VP & cluster head Nitesh Jain. Meanwhile, HR director Keryth Mansfield says Wipro has "lots of amazing people, it's really engaging, and it's great to be part of something that also gives back."

Other employees mention the company's "collaborative and entrepreneurial" approach, as well as the "culture of teamwork and collaboration."

If you've never thought about working at Wipro, now is the time to take a look.
