IT Leaders logoIn this edition of the IT Skills Debate, Computing's Stuart Sumner and Dawinderpal Sahota speak to Martyn Hart, chairman of the National Outsourcing Association.

Hart explains that outsourcing may not represent the threat to the UK IT work force that many have suggested.  He states that many companies are buying services back in the UK following a period of outsourcing, citing call centres as an example.
