Oracle US has made Timothy Chou the head of its crucial software hosting operation Business Online. The move follows the abrupt departure last week of Chris Russell, who set up the division last year. Russell was put in charge of Oracle's push into the growing software hosting market, with a goal of ensuring that it generated half of the company's revenues within five years.
