Vodafone saw total global revenue for the fourth quarter of 2007 up 15.8 per cent to £9.2bn compared with £7.9bn in same period of 2006.
Revenue from data services showed the strongest growth, up 41.5 per cent to £558m due to strong sales of handheld devices and laptop data cards.
Around £350m of the group's total sales were derived from exchange rate movements, as the Euro strengthened against Sterling.
The UK accounted for £1.24bn of overall revenue, compared with £1.27bn from Germany, £1.16bn from Spain, £1.07bn from Italy, and £1.06bn from other European countries.
The Vodafone Group's figures do not include profit calculations.
