Formulating a general business case for service-oriented architecture (SOA) can be very difficult and organisations must map the characteristics of SOA to specific business value in the context of particular projects.
Gartner managing vice president Jeff Schulman and research director Anthony Bradley discuss how using an SOA business case can go a long way in setting proper expectations.
