Those organisations which have invested in mobile functionality have already seen the benefit with a third seeing an increase in the number of customers. However, whilst there is a clear ‘win' for the business, IT needs to make sure mobile apps can share code across multiple devices or the build and maintenance costs are going to get out of control.
