Chris Hicks

Part of the IT Leaders 100 - a list of the most influential IT leaders in the UK in 2023.

Chris is CIO at luxury automotive and F1 brand McLaren, taking the lead in rebuilding the company's data strategy and system transformation. He is in charge of digital transformation and working with technology partners across the brand.

Chris joined McLaren in January 2020 as Director of Technology Services, where he led several major initiatives and tech rollouts, as well nearly immediately dealing with the transition to remote work. He has previously held IT leadership roles at AJW Group and GfK.
