Why do you think awards like the DevOps Excellence Awards matter? What would winning this award mean to your company?

Awards such as the DevOps Excellence Awards are more than just accolades. They’re a celebration of the innovation, hard work, and collaborative spirit of DevOps that drives technology forward.

For us at Gearset, these awards serve as an external validation of our commitment to our customers and users. Winning an award in one of these categories wouldn’t just be a win for the company, it would be a testament to the trust our customers place in us and a powerful motivator to keep pushing the boundaries of what we can help them achieve. It reinforces that our efforts to streamline deployments, empower teams, and ultimately drive success for our users are making a meaningful impact.

What would you say is your company’s proudest achievement over the past year?

Our proudest achievement this past year has been the way we’ve elevated our platform to solve longstanding and new challenges for Salesforce teams. By listening closely to our users, we’ve launched several innovative product enhancements, such as Flow Error Monitoring and Agentforce deployment support.

This accomplishment isn’t just measured by numbers or metrics. It’s seen in the daily success stories of our customers overcoming their challenges and achieving their goals using Gearset.

For years, we’ve cared deeply about building products and services that help our customers make meaningful change within their organisations. That long term commitment is the foundation for the big strides we’ve made this year. It’s a clear demonstration that when we put our users first, everyone wins.

What have been the biggest challenges of 2025 so far and how have you overcome them? How have your people helped with that?

In 2025, the pace of change in the DevOps landscape has been both exciting and challenging. One of our key hurdles has been scaling our support and innovation to keep up with rapid industry shifts, such as agentic AI, while ensuring our users continue to receive personalised, top-tier service.

We’ve tackled these challenges by investing in new technologies and a continued commitment to customer success. Customer Success serves as a vital bridge between evolving technology and customer needs.

Our people have been phenomenal. We’ve always been committed to it, but using real-time user feedback, focussing on their core jobs to be done, and then collaborating across engineering, product, and Go-To-Market, we’ve been able to continuously refine our solutions to ensure that every user feels supported and empowered.

It’s this collaborative, customer-focused culture that has helped us overcome obstacles and remain agile in the face of change.
