Sam Kini

Part of the IT Leaders 100 - a list of the most influential IT leaders in the UK in 2025.

Sam Kini is the Global Chief Information and Chief Information Security Officer at multinational consumer goods company Unilever.

In her CIO role, Sam is responsible for enterprise architecture and the running, development and delivery of all business technology platforms, driving innovation and digital transformation.

Last year she also took on the additional responsibility of Unilever’s Chief Information Security Officer, where she leads the team responsible for cyber and the information security for the business.

Sam has more than 20 years of experience in IT-focused executive and non-executive roles, including C-level positions at Telenet and easyJet.
