Opal Perry

Opal Perry is a global tech executive with over 25 years’ experience leading digital innovation and enterprise IT strategy across sectors including aviation, mobility, financial services and consumer logistics. As Chief Data and Technology Officer at easyJet, she is responsible for aligning technology, data and customer experience to deliver business-wide value at scale.

Before joining easyJet in 2025, Opal led strategy and digital transformation at PODS, drove global connectivity and fleet technology at Hertz, and held multiple CIO and operational leadership roles at Allstate, where she oversaw major digitisation initiatives in claims and enterprise engineering across the USA, UK and India.

Opal began her career as a computer engineer and officer in the US Air Force, and later held technical and leadership roles at Wells Fargo and SPL WorldGroup.

She previously served as an independent director at HTLF and holds deep expertise in modernising legacy platforms, scaling agile teams, and unlocking growth through customer-focused technology.
