Norma Dove-Edwin

Norma Dove-Edwin is a commercially driven tech leader, specialising in aligning digital transformation with business growth while championing inclusive, product-led operating models. Her global experience and “high-performance sports mindset” fuel her ability to lead diverse teams and deliver sustainable, tech-powered change.

Starting her career at Shell, Norma went on to gain hands-on technical experience at international firms like BP, QBE Insurance, Johson & Johnson and British American Tobacco, before taking her first C-level role at Places for People. She has continued to lead IT at National Grid ESO, Thames Water, and is now interim CDIO at Rolls-Royce.
