Maybe not the biggest challenge, but certainly a big consideration around the excitement that currently surrounds what AI can offer us all and how it is going to change our lives/ businesses. The expectation management of key stakeholders in the reality around the solutions and the work required to enable specific used cases to be delivered against requires careful management.
