Mayesta Ewer

Mayesta Ewer is a data and analytics leader with deep expertise in harnessing intelligence to drive regulatory, operational and commercial value. She heads the Digital Intelligence Exploitation function at the Financial Conduct Authority, overseeing the use of data and advanced analytics to support supervisory, investigative and enforcement outcomes.

Prior to joining the FCA, Mayesta led data exploitation strategy at Babcock International. She has held a variety of key data roles, incuding leading analytics at NATS, where she was instrumental in delivering insight-driven transformation in highly regulated, operationally complex environments. Her experience spans public and private sectors, including consultancy, air traffic management, defence and financial services.
