Lydia Nicola

Part of the IT Leaders 100 - a list of the most influential IT leaders in the UK in 2025.

With nearly 20 years’ experience in the tech sector, having grown up around IT and doing testing and support on the side whilst still in school, Lydia has focused her career on being the interface between technical experts and end users.

Lydia began her career as a software business analyst and has years of experience in the non-profit sector; some standout projects include her work co-ordinating the IT operations of a consortium of 14 charities and rolling out an entirely cloud-based platform, systems and processes for a high-growth startup charity.

From past to current roles, Lydia has worked to get IT and the business side of the organisation working together effectively – which is particularly important in the charity sector.
