Lesley Salmon

Part of the IT Leaders 100 - a list of the most influential IT leaders in the UK in 2025.

Lesley Salmon joined Kelloggs in 2014, where she served as European CIO, and is now SVP and Chief Digital & Information Officer at Kellanova, previously Kellogg Company.

Lesley leads Kellanova’s technical operations globally, as well as playing a key role in operational, tactical and strategic execution across all areas of the business. She describes herself as "a business leader [who] happens to be a technology specialist as well.”

As well as being a leading CIO, Lesley is an advocate for the advancement diversity of all types, including socio-economic - she is proudly outspoken about her own working-class roots.

She is also passionate about the company achieving its ESG goals, and works to ensure that Kellanova is a good steward for equity, diversity and inclusion and sustainable IT.
