What's the most exciting part of your current role?

The introduction of new technology and being able to streamline processes through digital transformation and automation. I also enjoy making sure our network is secure and preventing breaches.

What do you consider your greatest IT achievement of the last 12 months?

A Global Dynamics 365 rollout, creating our very own bespoke AI perfumery application with AI capabilities.

What's the biggest challenge facing IT leaders today, and how are you tackling it?

Security – there are so many vendors out in the market. We need to have an end goal of what needs to be protected and how we achieve this.

What piece of technology could you not live without, and why?

Crowdstrike Falcon: Hands down the best product in the market, with security analysts working to stop breaches

What excites you most about the future of IT?

AI is the next .com. I’m looking forward to using our own LLM and building our own apps.

What’s the strangest job you’ve ever had?

Having a paper round (long time ago) - nothing IT related!
