Keith Nolan

Keith Nolan is head of technology delivery at the Royal Ballet and Royal Opera House, where he has played a central role in transforming the organisation’s digital and operational capabilities. Over more than six years, he has led the delivery of critical infrastructure, modernised service operations, and helped launch the ROH Stream platform, bringing world-class ballet and opera to global audiences.

Keith’s work includes unifying legacy networks, introducing AI and automation, and developing rehearsal technologies that directly support performers and production teams. Keith’s leadership ensures technology at the Royal Opera House enables artistic excellence on and off the stage.
