What's the most exciting part of your current role?

Being part of the next phase in the growth of such an iconic global brand as we drive to be even more customer obsessed and deliver life-lasting memories built on exceptional experiences.

What do you consider your greatest IT achievement of the last 12 months?

Super-charging our product engineering teams so that they can super-charge our brand and our customers' experiences.

What's the biggest challenge facing IT leaders today, and how are you tackling it?

Meeting the ambition of business growth whilst keeping pace with an ever-accelerating rate of technology evolution in a safe, responsible, predictable and collaborative manner.

What piece of technology could you not live without, and why?

Personally, my foldable phablet - it's been a revelation in productivity on the move. Professionally, AWS - our digital world is built on it.

What excites you most about the future of IT?

The pace of change and invention only seems to be accelerating, and with that the opportunity for us to improve every aspect of life, from healthcare to day-to-day admin, from productivity at work to creating lifelong memories with family.

What’s the strangest job you’ve ever had?

Double glazing salesman - don't judge me!

Speaking another language - despite the growth of technology, our world still revolves around human connection and communication
