Anupama Hatti

Anupama Hatti is head of programme delivery for Digital, Data and Technology Services at NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT), where she leads complex transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, digital capability and service delivery.

With more than two decades of global experience across healthcare, defence, telecoms, automotive, and rail sectors, Anupama is an adaptable technology and engineering leader known for delivering change at scale.

Prior to joining NHSBT, Anupama held senior roles at Boeing and Expleo Group. Her expertise spans service introduction, cybersecurity, data science and IT infrastructure delivery across the UK, Europe, Africa, and India.

Anupama combines strategic vision with hands-on programme execution, having led end-to-end lifecycle delivery of major digital transformations. A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, she also serves as co-chair of the Women’s Network at NHSBT, promoting equity and representation in tech.
