Her past roles have included IT positions at Mondelēz International and Accenture before taking on more senior positions at British American Tobacco, iptiQ and her current position at Brit Insurance.

In her role Bilge is responsible for leading Brit's technology and data strategy to advance the company's focus on delivering an innovative, data-driven and technology empowered platform for underwriting, claims and operations.
