Rick Bisset

Rick Bisset has been CIO at The Cotswold Company since 2008, where he is responsible for developing and executing the company's technology vision, strategy and roadmap, as well as ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Rick has achieved significant milestones for The Cotswold Company. He insourced software development and IT infrastructure functions, creating a department known for rapid, high-quality solution delivery. He built a robust BI platform that supports customer cohort modelling, sales and stock forecasting, and data warehousing. He also implemented Agile software development methodologies and fostered a high-availability culture, consistently achieving over 99.99% availability across key systems. He also managed the technical integration of multiple business acquisitions.

Before joining The Cotswold Company, Rick was a Project Manager at Moneyfacts Group, and has held senior software engineering roles at BT and CompuPharma.
