Naginder is the CIO and director at UNHCR, leading ICT strategy and implementation across 300 field sites, which she is responsible for modernising with vital ICT services while navigating complex and often hazardous environments.

As a partner to senior leadership, Naginder is a key resource for determining the best course of action during technology rollouts, ensuring success and strengthening the organisation's IT infrastructure. She has driven numerous initiatives, including staff reform, technology updates, cost control, and forming partnerships with major companies like HP, IBM, SAP and Gartner.

Before joining UNHCR, Naginder served as CIO at Raytheon, managing ICT for five business units with a £7 million P&L. She has also held roles at Transport for London, where she introduced the IM Graduate Programme to bring new talent into the organisation, SITA, Kuwait Airways and British Airways.

Naginder's expertise spans project management, IT transformation, infrastructure, IT governance and global delivery. She is an expert in driving IT transformation and delivering business-critical organisational changes.
