Simon boasted a lengthy IT leadership pedigree even before joining Yodel in 2020. He has been a key member of the tech leadership team since joining, and has led a series of digital transformation initiatives to enhance e-commerce, customer service and operational capabilities across the business.

Simon has spent 30 years leading an IT consultancy practice before Yodel, serving multiple industries. Specialising in retail and logistics he's worked with senior client leadership teams to deliver IT solutions across e-commerce, the supply chain and business financials.
