Ashleigh is the co-founder of Colorintech, a UK-based non-profit focused on diversity and inclusion in technology. Backed by firms like Google, Microsoft and Meta, Colorintech aims to increase access, awareness and opportunities for underrepresented groups in the sector. Ashleigh leads on commercial strategy and operations, driving high-performing teams and securing partnerships with blue-chip companies.

Ashleigh has extensive experience as a strategy consultant, specialising in technology, programme management, accelerator programmes, corporate and start-up partnerships, digital product management and innovation. His career includes roles at Founders Intelligence, KPMG and Google, where he gained experience in addressing innovation agendas, advising on project management and commercial due diligence.

Ashleigh holds advisory positions with the World Economic Forum and various universities. He is also a Strategic Advisory Board Member at City, University of London, contributing to course design and industry relationships.

Ashleigh's work at Colorintech has impacted thousands, with programmes addressing various points in the tech talent pipeline. He has grown a community of over 30,000 people and managed events with over 5,000 attendees. His leadership has driven top and bottom-line growth for five consecutive years.

Ashleigh is a frequent conference speaker, having spoken at events in the USA, Brazil and the UK for companies like Goldman Sachs, HSBC and Meta. His efforts continue to shape a more equitable tech ecosystem.
