Rebecca is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in the professional services industry. She has a remarkable track record of scaling IT functions from start-ups to multinational enterprises, always with an eye for innovation and efficiency. Rebecca is IT director at The Meliore Foundation, where she has been instrumental in establishing a high-performing team dedicated to fostering a better future. Her previous role at the European Climate Foundation further underscores her capability in managing complex IT operations on a global scale.

Before the European Climate Foundation, Rebecca worked at Crondall Energy for more than 13 years, most recently as Head of IT, Business Improvement, and Quality. In this role, she designed and implemented systems, policies and procedures that significantly enhanced business efficiency and profitability. She led the IT function, ensuring technology solutions aligned with company strategy, and managed the internal Quality Management System, including updates, improvements and audits.
