Holly is an experienced subject matter expert in neurodiversity, cybercrime, cybersecurity and mental health, with over a decade of experience in consulting, public speaking and project management. As the Head of Neurodiversity in Cyber Research and Consulting at Stott and May Consulting, she advances policies and best practices in cybersecurity, emphasising neurodiversity.

Holly's contributions to cybersecurity and diversity have earned her multiple awards. She serves as an Advisory Board Member for The Cyber Express, providing insights on diversity, inclusion, and culture, and is a Committee Member of the BCS NeurodiverseIT Specialist Group.

Her extensive experience includes designing training materials, conducting senior management training and engaging stakeholders. As an Associate Lecturer in Cybersecurity at Chichester College and a consultant, she champions neurodiversity in the workplace. Holly's public speaking skills and leadership in diverse hiring initiatives further underscore her commitment to creating inclusive environments within the cybersecurity sector.
