Philippa Manley is the Digital Services Director at the UK Home Office, leading teams to develop, run and optimise services for colleagues and citizens. She is a veteran of public sector IT, having previously worked as Projects & Digital Services Director at HM Passport Office for over five years.

Philippa has extensive experience at the Home Office, having served as a Portfolio Director and Business Change Manager before her current role. She is passionate about creating a great workplace while delivering brilliant digital services through multi-disciplinary, distributed teams.
