Ecaterina Harling is Head of Design and Transformation at European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Ecaterina considers herself a leader in change for good. She believes in the power of digitalisation when it comes to changing societies and having an impact on people's lives. She has over two decades of experience working in consulting, public services organisation and international organisations which includes running tech innovation teams, change and transformation teams.

Ecaterina has worked on the crisis response in Ukraine as part of her responsibility of managing the information management team and is an advocate for all things D&I, in particular the participation of women at the intersection of technology and transformation.

Outside of EBRD, Ecaterina is a coach, as well as advisory board member at the Strategic Infrastructure Foundation.
