Passionate about programming since age 14, Grace recently led an IBM tool modernisation project mere months into her career. The tool was essential to more than 100 employees across IBM.

With interests in both history and cutting-edge technology, she has a unique perspective when problem-solving, and appreciates the opportunity to interact with clients and senior leadership directly, helping to expand her network and develop her skills.
