Shabnam is the founder and CEO of AGAM International, a fintech that provides an intelligent credit scoring system allowing lenders to rapidly assess potential customers.

She followed up a masters in Law with a masters in Emerging Economies and International Development.

She is described by those who know here as being able to "absorb challenges, reflect deeply, and come back with improvements" and as an entrepreneur with both detail focus, and global vision.

Recently, she added the JCI Bangladesh Women of Inspiration Award to her growing list of trophies.
