Hannah's career in technology started, almost, by accident. An English Literature graduate, she has always been interested in storytelling and communicating complex ideas.

These skills turned out to be ideal for explaining how AI and virtual assistants can help major banks and retailers in here current role of data and AI speciality architect at IBM.

She manages virtual assistants for customer service, she empowers teams to embrace new technologies.

In her spare time, Hannah volunteers for Girlguiding, and enjoys walking her rescue lurcher dog.
