Sanjay Patel is Group CIO at Tate & Lyle, having overseen a comprehensive operating model transformation across various functions. One of his major successes is in successfully moving the IT function from a cost drag to a growth enabler, adding new capabilities like agile development, analytics and robotics.

With extensive experience in business consulting and leadership roles at IBM before joining Tate & Lyle, Sanjay's expertise lies in business and culture transformation. He holds a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering and actively contributes as a lay member of council at Bradford University.
