Andreas Efstathiou

Andreas is a results-driven and commercially astute leader, with extensive experience in IT strategy development and business transformation. He has a record in driving continuous improvement and has successfully led digital transformations in various sectors, including government, retail and manufacturing.

Andreas excels in talent management, mentoring and building agile and customer-focused IT teams. He has a strong ability to work across international and functional boundaries. Currently serving as CIO at Harrods, Andreas is responsible for IT strategy, digital transformation, IT operations, infrastructure, information security and data analytics.

Prior to his current role Andreas held leadership positions at Philips, where he oversaw global IT deployment and transformation, and Lidl UK, where he managed all IT operations and supported the company's expansion program. Andreas is also experienced in working with clients in the government and banking industry, providing solutions to support their business objectives and transformation goals.
