Having led IT at some of the largest companies in the UK - including Costa Coffee and Whitbread, plus senior roles at Marks & Spencer and Centrica - Phil is one of the most experienced enterprise-scale CIOs in the business. He is well-placed to head the IT function at RS Group, a FTSE 100 distributor, a position he accepted in May last year.
