Nikki is CIO for National Grid's gas business, responsible for all aspects of the IT service for the UK gas transmission business. That includes everything from determining the future IT/digital technology strategy, to helping meet National Grid's net zero ambition and making sure there's tech support that helps keep the gas flowing.
