As the CIO of the Royal College of Art - the world's premier art and design postgrad institution focusing on STEM research - Jacqui is not only an important IT leader in her own right, but a role model for young women at the RCA. She is responsible for defining and delivering the RCA's Technology and Technical Operations Strategy, leading a team of nearly 200 staff. She has also built collaborative relationships with the College leadership to ensure technology takes a central place in strategic decision making.
Among her achievements are realigning delivery of major transformation programmes and implementing a new Technology Operating Model, with an emphasis on increasing the RCA's digital maturity. Jacqui also chairs the RCA's Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion committee, and is an advocate for women in tech and leadership.
