Grazia Vittadini

As Rolls-Royce's chief technology officer, Grazia pioneers cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions. Her background is in the aviation industry, previously holding several senior roles at Airbus.

At Airbus Grazia covered a range of operations from commercial aircraft, defence and space, to technology and innovation across the company. She was the first woman to be appointed to the Airbus executive committee as CTO, and has always led transnational and diverse teams.

Beyond her expertise in future mobility and sustainable aerospace, she has maintained an interdisciplinary approach, promoting innovation through fields like AI and quantum computing.

Aptly for an aviation veteran, Grazia holds a pilot's license and holds a degree in aeronautical engineering.
