Mike Sackman - IT Director, Waitrose

Mike Sackman has spent his career in retail, starting at Safeway, and rising to the role of CIO at Arogs, before his appointment as IT director at Waitrose in 2016. At the John Lewis-owned grocery chain, Sackman is in charge of the delivery of the technology strategy, business-programme delivery and IT operational services at a particularly challenging time in supermarket retailing.
