What's your proudest work-related achievement of the last 12 months?
The team, process and infrastructure that (even given our huge scale) enable us to release thousands of micro-optimisations every month. Bringing a tech lens to the commercial and strategic debates is important, but the number one skill is the ability to build effective teams to deliver against the business's mission. What's your top priority for the next 12 months?
