13. Andy Caddy

Caddy joined Whitbread in an interim group CTO position in September 2017. Previously he was group CIO at Virgin Ative.

At Virgin Active, Caddy was focused on digitising the customer service it provides to its members. This involved communicating with its customers and bringing up-to-date the company's internal systems and processes.
