47. Nigel Hall

Nigel Hall has worked at Next plc, first as Head of Computer Services and latterly as IT Director, for 11 years. During that time the company has been transformed from an almost purely bricks-and-mortar retailer to one that closely integrates its web operation with its retail stores, being one of the first retailers in the UK to offer pick-ups from stores, as well as such innovations as next-day delivery.
